At Kaja Couture, every order begins long before it arrives at your door. Each piece is thoughtfully selected, carefully prepared, and presented in our signature packaging before beginning its journey to you.

We partner with exceptional designers and ateliers around the world, many of whom create or finish pieces by hand using traditional craftsmanship. As a result, production and delivery timelines vary by designer and collection.

Curated Collection

Our Curated Collection features thoughtfully selected pieces from our global designer partners that have already been produced and are ready to begin our fulfillment process.

Before shipping, each item undergoes a quality inspection and is carefully presented in our signature packaging.

Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for delivery.

Made-to-Order

Our Made-to-Order collection features pieces created specifically for you by our designer partners.

Because each designer follows their own production schedule and craftsmanship process, delivery timelines vary. Most Made-to-Order pieces are delivered within 6–9 weeks from the date your order is placed.

The estimated delivery timeframe for each item is provided on its product page.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes items with different production timelines, we'll make every effort to ship available items as soon as they're ready so you can begin enjoying them sooner.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional cost, and you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow every step of its journey.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped within the United States using trusted shipping carriers selected by Kaja Couture.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method you select.

We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders of $300 or more.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact our Client Care team immediately at support@kajacouture.com.

While we'll make every effort to accommodate address changes before shipment, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
